保护国际(CI)中国海洋项目经理

职位描述:

·       与项目团队合作设计、执行和监测可持续景观/海洋和蓝色经济等项目;

·       协助海洋项目总监与有关部门、企业、科研单位、大学和其他公益组织合作,扩大CI在中国海洋保护事业上的影响;

·       与CI总部和中国的宣传和筹款团队合作,拓展和开发项目;

·       代表CI中国参与包括内部会议、部门会议或研讨、利益相关方会议或研讨等的各种相关活动;

·       为CI中国管理团队和其他员工提供必要的技术支持。

 

要求:

·       有与保护和发展相关的生态/生物保护、土地/海洋空间规划、自然资源管理、环境经济学或环境规划等相关专业的学士学位。相关领域硕士学位更佳

·       至少4年的项目管理/实施或类似领域的工作经验

·       良好的沟通技能,并了解国内外公益组织的相关情况

·       良好的中英文沟通能力

·       具备一定的讲解、说明和翻译能力,将信息以适合的方式传递给目标受众

·       能够与地方和国家不同层面的各种利益相关者合作,包括企业

·       优先考虑具备自我激励、团队导向,能在困难情况下按期完成工作的候选者

CI China Marine Program Manager

 

Job type: Full time

Working place: Guangdong (Guangzhou or Zhanjiang)

 

Job Description

·            Collaborate with field team for projects design, implementation and monitoring towards sustainable landscapes/ocean and blue economies.

·            Assist Marine Program Director to liaison with relevant government departments, corporate, research institutes, universities, other NGOs to expand/amplify CI’s impact on marine conservation in China.

·            Collaborate with CI HQ and CIC’s communication and fundraising teams for program expansion and development.

·            Represent CIC in various occasions including HQ meetings, government meetings/workshops, stakeholders’ meetings/workshops to demonstrate and promote CIC program when needed.

·            Provide technical support to CIC’s management team and other staff when needed.

 

Requirements

·            Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience on conservation, spatial land/ocean use planning, natural resources management, environmental economics or environmental planning relevant to conservation and development issues. A Master’s degree in this same area would be preferable.

·            At least 4 years work experience in project management/implementation or similar area of expertise.

·            Good networking skills and knowledge on international and national NGOs in China.

·            Excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese (reading, writing, oral and presentation).

·            Ability to delivering presentations; interpreting and presenting information to suit the target audience.

·            Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders from local and national governments to the private sector.

·            The preferred candidate will be self-motivated, team-oriented and able to meet project deadlines often under difficult circumstances.
